Rob Skelton

Rob has over 25 years of professional aviation experience. He spent over 20 years as an F-16 pilot in the United States Air Force  and retired from active duty as a Lieutenant Colonel. Rob served as the Operations Officer and flew the #7 jet for the 2007-2008 USAF Thunderbirds. His background includes numerous assignments across US locations, as well as international assignments in Europe, Asia, and the Middle East. He holds certifications in numerous fighter and trainer aircraft as instructor and evaluator, as well as leadership positions including Accident and Safety Board Investigations and Aircraft Maintenance oversight. Rob currently serves as a pilot and training department instructor for a major legacy airline.

Mark Newton, CSSC

Mark has extensive experience in numerous aviation cases including terror related catastrophes, military crashes, as well as commercial and private crashes both domestic and internationally. He has been in the financial consulting field for 24 years with the last 15 years devoted entirely to structured settlement consulting.

Certified Structured Settlement Consultant (CSSC):
Administered by the University of Notre Dame's Mendoza College of Business, the CSSC is the industry's oldest and most respected designation, establishing standards for structured settlement professionals.


Mark and his wife, Dawn, have two sons and two daughters. They live in the Chastain Park neighborhood of Atlanta. He and his family are members of The Church of the Apostles. His main hobby is traveling.
